This project looked beyond the storefront at what happens after a request is placed: how it reaches an operator, how fulfillment is coordinated, and how a customer understands its status.
Customer journey and operational interface direction, including the order record, dispatch view, driver assignment, and status tracking.
Technical documentation view. Payment, messaging, inventory-provider integration, and final compliance review are separate from the demonstrated interface.
